White color is the nature's masquerade
The day is short, a cristal evening's clear
Under the snow sleeping feelings stray
Cold snow storms bedazzle them and sear

Their lullaby. Ice covers snow and stays ...
The frost is strong, the winter lasts so long
While snow flakes dance their polonaise
Still sunny heart is singing lovely song.

The thicker snow the stronger underneath
It's secret nature's law, it's life's extreme
The inner fire is burning in the heath
To fight the ever lasting frosty dream.

Cold reason tries to win this constant battle,
White throne of Snow Queen is getting big and high...Underneath the snow by ~WiseTatyana
Holy Arrival Here's to You Lord Jesus,
On this o-so special day,
As we gather to celebrate that silent night,
In the manger as you lay,
Your intentions so loving and merciful,
As you entered our world so impure,
You came to the Earth, a child so mild,
Here to save mankind's future,
The scene was so beautiful,
As Heaven rejoiced so loud,
Your mission to save us from sin, had now begun,
You had done Your Father so proud,
As everyone stood around You,
The light of Heaven shined bright as can be,
They proclaimed You as Savior and King,
While You slept and dreamt so carefree,
But while Christmas does come but once a year,
We must always celebrHoly Arrival by *rev-rizeup
Winter Love Laying back in the snow,
Our hands locked together,
We gaze at the falling white flakes,
Gently grazing our pale white faces,
Your nose begins to twitch,
From the cool sensation,
You're so cute when you do that,
My weight then shifts,
As you tackle me in the snow,
You obviously heard my laughing,
We wrestle around in the white landscape,
Both hoping the other will give up,
Finally we settle on a tie,
As we head inside to escape the cold,
With the fire blazing and cocoa warming,
We sit next to each other all wrapped up,
Feeling the warmth of the small inferno,
I touch your delicate nose with my cold hand,
Just like before, yoWinter Love by *rev-rizeup

at first, only frozen
nocturnal silence swirls
around, but when

I lift my head, hellish
roar of giant engines
tingles the edge of my
cloudy mind -
far, far away, then
getting closer, closer, CLOSER,
to announce with window-
rattling thunder and hiss

the arrival of the snow

ii. the war on winter

thorny wind sings brisk
melodies and wet powder
crunches under shuffling
feet, seeping into boots

I kick at the cold lumps to
unveil rough asphalt
beneath, hoping that chasing
snow away will help spring
come a little faster

hoping it will come again

iii. the thaw
